Advice and Support



Unfortunately, I am unable to see people personally, at the moment, due to the restrictions surrounding  the coronavirus pandemic.




It is with sadness and regret that The Wishing Well in Bromsgrove has been obliged to temporarily close, in order to protect the safety and well-being of it's staff, therapists and clients.




I am, however, continuing to offer  advice, support and therapy sessions via telephone/video call , Skype or Zoom.


I am also able to provide recorded sessions, individually tailored as always, for use at home.



Stress and Anxiety Relief

 


We all have a responsibility to play our part during this crisis,  in whatever way best we can.


But what we must always remember, is that caring for ourselves physically and emotionally, is of great importance, now more than ever.


This is a period of increased uncertainty and worry for us all, but  with a little self-compassion, we can ensure that we are in readiness to support our loved ones as we would want, and rise to the additional challenges being placed upon us.



"Self-care is not selfish.  You cannot serve from an empty vessel"



Giving yourself  some quality 'time-out' each day, to really focus on your own emotional needs, can truly make such a difference to your overall resilience.


A period of deep and purposeful relaxation, achieved through guided hypnotherapy techniques, can help you reach a more beneficial perspective and inner calm amidst  the distress.
